Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Quran Reading App (“the App”), which is provided by ArApp Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and ArApp Studio governing your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Quran Reading App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms govern your use of the App and any content, features, and services provided therein, including subscription services offered on a monthly or yearly basis.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age, or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the applicable age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using the App, you further represent that you are not barred from using it under any applicable laws or regulations.

Account Registration

Some features of the App require you to create an account. When you register:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the termination of your account and access to the App.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ArApp Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
